-Get ready for the day: getting you up, wash, dress, catheter care, toileting, oral hygiene, bathing.
-Remind and assist to take medicines safely, collect, or return medication from pharmacy or dispensing GP surgery.
-Attend health appointments.
-Prepare meals with or for you and assist you at mealtimes. We take each client’s dietary requirements into consideration.
-Collect your pension for you or with you, shop with you or help you to make a shopping list, go to the shops, come back, and put it all away.
-Help with your laundry or ironing and keep your home clean and tidy, remove risk to ensure the environment is safe and hazard-free.
-Support with social activities like going out for a walk, attending a day centre, visiting friends or family, going to your church or club.
-Organise bathing, clean clothes, fresh bedding.
-Getting ready for bed
-Companionship/Sit-in- service for clients, who may feel lonely or isolated.
-Other Services as identified in the clients’ care plan.

Providing emotional and physical support

Our caregivers provide emotional and physical support to patients through companionship, empathy, and assistance with daily activities to help the patient feel comfortable and secure.

Assisting with Mobility issues

Our caregivers can assist with mobility issues, such as helping them move around, transferring them from bed to chair, and using mobility aids like wheelchairs and walkers.

Live-in- care

Our live-in care services are designed for those who need 24-hour care and support but might not want the added stress of having to leave familiar surroundings. Respite Care

Palliative and end of life

We regularly work alongside continuing healthcare teams, district nurses, hospices, and other local support groups to offer the right level of palliative care. We can provide fast-track palliative care at the last minute.

Independent Supported accommodation

We provide supported living placements for young people aged 16 and over. MDT Excellence LTD aim to provide positive and therapeutic environment by providing safe and high-quality accommodation which enables our young people to develop and enhance their independent skills. Our service provides a nurturing and supportive environment that empower young people during their crucial time of transitioning to independent adult living. We perform a complete assessment for each young person to determine their abilities and formulate a person-centred plan which aims to promote and develop independence, access further learning/employment and support young people to reach their goals and aspirations in preparation for adult living.

We offer independent supported living for young adults from 16-25 years of age. Our service is designed to help people to live a fulfilled life whilst promoting independence for the individuals in carrying out their activities of daily living.

We offer guidance and support to empower young people to be confident with skills such as:

  • Budgeting
  • Paying bills
  • Accessing health and well-being appointments
  • Registering with GP’s and Dentist etc
  • Shopping
  • Health and recreational visits

Our staff are experienced in supporting individuals with various mental health conditions including but not limited to:

  • Depression
  • Self-harm
  • Anxiety
  • Behaviour Problems
  • Difficulty forming and maintaining relationships 

We work with the young person to develop a support plan which will consider the holistic needs of the individual. We offer frequent 1-1 sessions to support, empower and prepare the young person to develop the skills they need to live a fulfilled lifestyle as an independent adult.

Short Notice, Ad Hoc Bookings

Healthcare settings are run 24/7 all year round and often experience challenges in staffing levels especially in situations that can’t be planned. We hold a database of fully trained experienced ready for these emergency situations. We make it our priority to know the environments you operate in and prepare accordingly to ensure our staff are highly equipped adapt to your healthcare setting. Our ad hoc bookings are available 24/7 all year round by qualified consultants who are ready to help.


Temporary to Permanent

MDT Excellence recognise the importance of regular staff, either on a temporary or permanent contract for continuity of care which might improve the outcome of individuals in care. This is where we come in, to supply you with suitable staff on a temporary or permanent contract. We recognise the uniqueness of different healthcare settings and realise the importance of trying out different team combinations and way of working. Our staff supply service allows you to find the best fit for you before something is fixed.


Short, Medium, Longer-Term Contracts

Different ways of working suit different care settings and different healthcare workers. Fitting one to the other requires wisdom and experience. At MDT Excellence, we pride ourselves in how we excel in this. We evaluate all types of vacancies to cater for clients and staff needs.
