MDT Excellence Healthcare
is a Nurse Led organisation providing exceptional Home-care Services to people within the local community in the comfort of their own home environment as well as providing
accommodation to those who require somewhere they can call home. Our aim is to provide empathetic care that ensures independence, privacy and dignity of each person that we care for is maximised to the fullest, through the provision of a
comprehensive range of high-quality care and welfare services, each delivered to meet specific individual needs promptly. We believe care matters. We are registered and regulated by the Care Quality Commission (CQC) the independent regulator of Health and Social Care in England. We are also registering with Ofsted, the Office for Standards in Education, Children’s Services and Skills as part of our work involve children.

Providing the very best home-to-home care services is our mission, we believe care matters. Delivering quality service and professionalism is the ethos of our business and in accomplishing such, we do our best to provide and maintain the highest standard of care to our service users. Person-centred care forms the core of the service we provide here at MDT Excellence LTD and our staff are committed to meeting with our aims and objectives.
Our aim is to provide, person centred care forms as the core of our services to service users. At MDT Excellence LTD, we treat service users differently and once we have considered the sort of care they need; a member of our team will discuss the customer’s individual requirements in detail. We aim to embrace fundamental principles of Good Care practice and provide a range of high-quality domiciliary care services. We have high respect for human rights and as an entity we highly prioritise privacy and dignity, equality and diversity and we have a ZERO tolerance policy to any form of discrimination.

Objectives
- A person-centred care approach where we treat people as individuals and not as a group. We therefore involve service users and staff in the provisions, management and development of services which will be monitored regularly as part of the quality assurance framework which ensure that our services are run in the best interest of our service users.

- Regular staff meetings and feedbacks from our clients or their advocates through meetings, questionnaires, and suggestion boxes.
